Otherwise, the past week has been quiet as we didn't really had any trades come in as we prep to have the insulation people in today. The major electrical wiring and plumbing were all done, but we still need to run the phone lines and cat5 for the internet. So after getting some quotes, my brother-in-law thought we can run the wires ourselves. Afterall, how hard could it be? We decided not to run any coax cables since we are opting for TELUS TV as we already have to save some money. What cable the previous owner had, we just cut them off.
Basically, all the in-wall stuff was completed and clean up all the studs and such. Marked all the floors where there are plugs, switches, jacks and fixtures so the drywallers won't cover them, or at least we can find them again if they did! Now that the insulations are in, it's starting to have a feel of the curtained off space.
